The Morris Hall Hire Charges

The charges are given as a guide and quotations are always given on an individual basis. If your needs are slightly different to the time slots quoted, please do talk to us as we will do our best to accommodate you. We quote the prices below to give you an idea of what to expect.

Hire Charges from 1 January 2018 (existing enquiries on Calendar are unaffected)

The Hall (including the Lake Room):

£100 — 4 hour session, any morning or afternoon
£150 — 6 hour evening session, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
£350 — 6 hour afternoon or evening session, Friday/Saturday
£750 — Weekend rate, all day Saturday, including Friday afternoon and evening and Sunday morning and early afternoon sessions (useful for full-day events like wedding receptions with evening parties, where set up and clean up are needed before and after)

The Lake Room only

£50 — for any 4 hour session, any time

Security deposit

A security deposit, equal to the hire fee, must be paid at time of booking.

Payment

Full hire fee is payable at least one month before the event.
There is a cancellation fee, at the Trustees’ discretion (Please see Terms and Conditions).
Deposits are returned after 14 days following the event.
